A secure internal dashboard for Top Choice Roofing & Construction that pulls Meta Ads leads from a Google Sheet, matches them against AccuLynx CRM records, and reports qualified conversion events back to Meta for ad performance optimization. It includes role-based access control, automated 60-second lead polling, per-lead AccuLynx sync, and strong security measures such as persistent IP-based login lockout.
Management Dashboard
SiteWave Kanban is a secure, full-stack project management tool with drag-and-drop boards, role-based access control, and a self-contained authentication system. Admins manage their team directly from a built-in user panel within the SiteWave-branded interface.
CRM Integration
A private, role-gated dashboard that matches Meta Ads leads against Google Sheets CRM records, surfaces KPI cards, charts, and a searchable lead table, provides a one-click workflow to push unmatched leads back to Meta as offline conversion events, and includes a full admin panel for user management and login auditing.
Gamified Process
A branded, multi-step questionnaire that guides new clients through eight structured steps covering their business, audience, goals, messaging, technical setup, and access permissions, then delivers a formatted summary email to both the client and the SiteWave team on submission. The companion admin dashboard provides a secure, password-protected interface for reviewing, filtering, and updating the status of all incoming submissions in one place.
Campaign Intelligence
A centralized dashboard that pulls Facebook lead ad submissions from Google Sheets, matches them against JobNimbus records, and tracks their status through the sales pipeline. It automatically reports key conversion events such as scheduled appointments and completed jobs directly to the Meta Conversions API for accurate ad attribution.
Campaign Studio
A centralized AI-powered platform that lets marketing teams generate, organize, and manage Meta ad creatives through text-to-image generation, image editing, and structured ad packages with headlines, copy, and deployment tracking. Built for agencies and multi-client operations, it combines an ad catalog, brand knowledge base, image library, and role-based admin controls into a single workflow.
Proximity Search Platform
An internal placement tool for Care Advocates in San Antonio and Austin that turns a 1,200-line provider document into a searchable database with proximity ranking as the primary interface: enter an address or zip and the nearest suitable homes come back distance-ranked, narrowed in place by beds, care type, budget and license status. License confidence is shown in honest tiers, homes with unknown status are grouped below the results rather than hidden, and every filter state is linkable. Admin CRUD with invited roles is enforced by Postgres row-level security, and geocoding runs inside the database so no credential ever reaches the browser.
Booking Attribution
A campaign dashboard for Furvo Luxury Mobile Grooming that correlates Meta ad performance against MoeGo online-booking appointments and reports every verified booking back to Meta as a Conversions API Schedule event. A signed MoeGo webhook delivers each new appointment, event IDs are derived from the appointment so retries deduplicate, and spend, leads and bookings are charted side by side behind a password gate with lockout. Migrated off the Manus platform onto a single Node process that serves both the tRPC API and the React client.
These platforms handle real traffic and real money on ordinary weekdays. That is the only test that counts.
